Job Title: Production Head Photography & Videography Company Name: Photokalakar (A Unit of Bajaj Colour Lab & Studio) Location: Faridabad Experience Required: 5 10 years Industry Type: Photography / Creative Media / Film Production Functional Area: Production, Operations & Team Management Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Working Days: 6 days a week Job Description / Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end production workflow for photography and videography projects. Allocate teams for shoots based on project type weddings, corporate, kids & maternity. Ensure timely execution of shoot schedules, edits, and deliveries. Oversee coordination between photographers, cinematographers, editors, and client servicing teams. Monitor quality control across raw data handling, backup, editing, color grading, and final output. Manage post-production timelines and ensure delivery within deadlines. Maintain vendor and freelancer relations for outsourcing needs when required. Handle equipment inventory, technical upgrades, and maintenance schedules. Innovate and streamline production processes to increase efficiency and creativity. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven experience (5+ years) in handling production operations in the photography, videography, or media industry. Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills. Technical knowledge of camera equipment, editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve), and file formats. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
