Production Head- Garment Industry

As a Production Head at our fast-growing menswear brand specializing in premium garments, your role will be crucial in ensuring quality, design, and timely delivery of our products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from fabric sourcing to final dispatch. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the entire production process for menswear garments, ensuring quality and timely delivery. - Planning, organizing, and controlling production operations to meet production targets efficiently. - Managing production units including sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments. - Maintaining quality standards across all stages of production. - Coordinating with merchandising, design, and procurement teams for smooth workflow. - Optimizing manpower and resources for effective production. - Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-control measures. - Handling production planning, line balancing, and daily output tracking. - Supervising factory operations, ensuring discipline, and compliance with company policies. - Managing vendor and subcontractor performance. - Leading and motivating the production team to achieve departmental goals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field. - 8-15 years of experience in garment production, preferably in menswear. - Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control. - Hands-on experience in managing production teams and multiple units. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver consistent results.
