You should be an inspired self-starter capable of driving production growth. Your executive responsibilities will include maintaining and monitoring plant data, organizing meetings, monitoring tasks, and traveling to the factory. You will also plan various trainings for the factory team, gather reports from different departments, and follow up on various tasks. It is essential to monitor the KRA of various plant heads and maintain a close connection with the factory on a day-to-day basis. You should be prepared to assist HR in talent acquisition and be willing to adapt to change. Traveling will be a part of this job role, and the ideal candidate would be between the ages of 22 to 30 years with a flair for production. Having a technical background would be beneficial as you will be required to arrange both internal and external meetings, drive targets and collections by improving communication through emails, calls, and meetings. You should also come up with various innovative business ideas to enhance productivity on the shop floor. It is important to maintain a positive work culture and have strong presentation and communication skills. Additionally, you should be willing to take on any tasks assigned by the Managing Director.,
