Production Executive - Readymade Garments

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or quality issues and take proactive measures to address them.
• Forecasts for production activities.
• Quality Control:
• Establish quality standards and inspection processes.
• Monitor production quality and resolve any issues that arise.
• Supplier and Vendor Management:
• Collaborate with fabric and trim suppliers to source materials.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Follow-up with vendor and ensure timely delivery of outward material.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and train production staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
• Participate in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and training programs for production staff as needed
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze production metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
• Use data to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Manage outsource vendors and generate challan of outward and inward material and maintain records
• Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, work orders, and inventory logs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
