Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate labor teams involved in packaging and production-related tasks.
  • Plan daily work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of packaging targets.
  • Monitor packaging lines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
  • Ensure all packaging is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor.
  • Track labor performance and ensure adequate manpower during all shifts.
  • Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to manage packaging material stock levels.
  • Train, motivate, and discipline workers as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
