We seek a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team in the modular interiors vertical. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing production processes, ensuring high-quality standards, fostering effective stakeholder relationships, and demonstrating technical proficiency in the manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

• Oversee and optimize production workflows for modular interiors components.
• Develop and implement efficient production schedules and capacity plans.
• Address and resolve challenges in the production process to meet project deadlines.

2. Quality Control (QC):

• Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures for all modular interior components.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements to enhance overall product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and rectify quality issues promptly.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, external manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Effectively communicate production timelines, potential delays, and quality standards to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure seamless customization for client projects.

4. Technical Proficiency:

• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of modular interiors manufacturing processes.
• Utilize technical knowledge to optimize production efficiency and implement innovative solutions.
• Stay updated on industry-specific technologies and apply them to enhance production strategies.

5. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in production management within the modular interiors or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in modular interior manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to incorporating new technologies.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges in a fast-paced delivery environment.
