Plan and execute daily production schedules as per work orders.
Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Supervise the shop floor and coordinate with operators and technicians.
Ensure proper utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production records, logs, and reports for management.
Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in training workers and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
