Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth production operations by monitoring and maintaining equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing engineering solutions that meet quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of engine assembly lines to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through root cause analysis of defects or issues.
