We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer / Supervisor with 1 year of experience to oversee the daily production activities for MI Heaters, FG Cloth Heaters, and other Heat Trace Heater products. The candidate will be responsible for managing shop floor operations, manpower, and ensuring production targets are met on time and with quality.
Handle daily production operations for:
MI (Mineral Insulated) Heaters
FG Cloth Heaters
Other Heat Trace Heater assemblies
Ensure adherence to daily production plans and delivery schedules.
Manage and allocate manpower for different production lines.
Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Coordinate with the Planning, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Follow safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Report any issues or delays to the Production Manager and take corrective actions.
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or shop floor supervision role
