About the Role

We are a leading textile company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production & Dispatch Coordinator to manage the smooth flow of dispatches, production samples, and data updates between our Mumbai sales team and Ahmedabad production unit. This role requires strong follow-up skills, accurate record keeping, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple customers to ensure timely deliveries and error-free documentation.

Key Responsibilities (Workflow)

• Update previous day’s dispatch list in Fast Register and discuss any discrepancies with GM or Sales Team.
• Open and take charge of all incoming couriers.
• Label all designs with details from Textrade:
• Design Number
• Factory Short Form
• Buyer Short Form
• Mention PF Dates on the Fast Register.
• Keep all production cuttings in relevant date boxes.
• Share courier details with Ahmedabad Team and communicate any remarks.
• Maintain separate record of problem yardages (awaiting solutions) for easy follow-up.
• Record cuttings in Big Book and Fast Register.
• Follow up on Packed Goods List with relevant teams.
• Print barcodes for samples.
• Tally sample sets for salespersons.
• Distribute sample yardages as per buyer requirements and prepare challans.
• Prepare reports as required, such as stock, dispatch, and SO cutting details.
• Manage Sales Order Workflow from start to finish.
• Maintain, review, and send Program in Hand list when sufficient orders are available.
• Update Greige Sheet regularly.
• Get greige bills signed and send to Ahmedabad.
• Order greige fabric in consultation with BK/GM.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate, preferably with Textile / Garment industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; Textrade knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail, with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
