What You'll Own-

• End-to-end production leadership

  across all verticals:
• Video Production (studio & outdoor)
• Photoshoots
• CGI & VFX
• Animation
• AI Content Studio
• Lead and mentor a team of producers, artists, and coordinators to deliver world-class work on time and on budget.
• Work with the partner to define and implement the studio's creative and operational strategy.
• Oversee idea reviews, treatments, and final assets ensuring creative excellence and technical precision.
• Manage client discussions, translate briefs into action plans, and ensure projects exceed expectations.
• Build and evolve production systems, vendor networks, and scalable workflows to support growth.
