About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Production Coordinator (female candidates only) to join our production team in Indore. This role is ideal for freshers with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with the production team and will be expected to spend 90% of their time on the production floor, overseeing and coordinating chemical production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day chemical production activities on the shop floor.
• Understand and apply academic knowledge of chemicals to real-world manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret chemical labels, formulations, and production instructions accurately.
• Coordinate with production staff and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Maintain records of production activities, raw materials usage, and observations.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic issues during production runs.
• Ensure a professional and disciplined approach on the floor at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Freshers welcome)
• Strong academic understanding of chemical principles, nomenclature, and safety practices

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
