Production Coordinator (DNEG Animation)

As a Production Coordinator at DNEG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of high-end animated feature film projects. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the production and supervision team to facilitate the accurate and efficient flow of information throughout the project. Your key tasks will include liaising with artists to ensure their understanding of work schedules, communicating relevant information to the production and supervision team, and managing the coordination of information and elements between different artists and departments. You will be expected to maintain databases with up-to-date element and shot statuses, coordinate dailies, take detailed notes, and oversee the flow of materials to and from the client. To excel in this role, you must possess proven experience as a Production Coordinator, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with database management (preferably Shotgun), knowledge of FTP software, and at least a Diploma or equivalent education. Additionally, your ability to adapt to new software quickly is essential. While not mandatory, it would be beneficial if you have knowledge of animation terminology and environments, HTML/Wiki skills, and familiarity with Filemaker. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about film, excels in delivering succinct and accurate communication, is highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
