Production Coordinator Assistant

We are looking for Production Coordinator Assistants to join our growing VFX production team. This role is ideal for freshers who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in production management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project Excel sheets and Google Sheets with accuracy.
• Handle updates in the project tracking software.
• Coordinate daily with the Production Manager, Production Coordinators, and the VFX Editor.
• Ensure project tasks, shot progress, and timelines remain aligned with the current schedule.
• Assist with daily workflow communication and reporting.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (basic formulas, formatting, and data entry).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
• Willingness to work in shifts — day or night — based on project requirement.
• Interest in growing into Production Coordinator and higher production roles.
