Production Coordination Executive

Job Card Preparation

• Prepare accurate and detailed job cards for all new products.
• Create SP numbers based on submitted Bill of Materials
• Ensure all required technical specifications, production details, and quality parameters are included.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to validate and approve job cards.

Sample Preparation Management

• Ensure samples are prepared on time and delivered to the sales team.
• Develop and maintain sample preparation sheets.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate sample preparation.
• Track and record feedback on samples for continuous improvement.

Data & Artwork Management

• Enter data accurately and maintain updated records.
• Save and organize revised and new artwork files systematically on the company drive.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as an effective intermediary between the Sales team and the Production team.
• Communicate client requirements, changes, and updates clearly to the production team.
• Ensure smooth workflow by resolving queries between Sales and production in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
