Production Coordination Executive

Role Overview: As a Job Card Preparer, your main responsibility will be to accurately prepare and maintain detailed job cards for new products. You will create SP numbers based on submitted Bill of Materials, ensuring that all necessary technical specifications, production details, and quality parameters are included. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to validate and approve job cards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and detailed job cards for all new products - Create SP numbers based on submitted Bill of Materials - Ensure inclusion of technical specifications, production details, and quality parameters - Coordinate with relevant departments to validate and approve job cards - Ensure timely preparation and delivery of samples to the sales team - Develop and maintain sample preparation sheets - Coordinate with production and quality teams for accurate sample preparation - Track and record feedback on samples for continuous improvement - Enter data accurately and maintain updated records - Save and organize revised and new artwork files systematically - Act as an intermediary between the Sales and Production teams - Communicate client requirements, changes, and updates clearly to the production team - Resolve queries between Sales and production to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in job card preparation or related field preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively - Proficiency in data entry and record keeping Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person, and the ability to commute or relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan is preferred before starting work.,
