Production Chemist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Production Chemist** to join our manufacturing team at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in chemical processes and hands-on experience in a production or laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day chemical manufacturing operations as per SOPs and batch production records.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Operate and monitor production equipment such as reactors, filtration units, dryers, etc.
• Perform in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, and warehouse teams for smooth production workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the production area.
• Report deviations, incidents, and equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline (M.Sc. preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of handling lab chemicals and basic instruments.
• Awareness of production safety norms and good documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
