Job Description

Position: Production Chemist / Senior Production Chemist/Production Executive.

We have an exciting opportunity for candidates who are interested to pursue their career as a Production Chemist / Sr Production Chemist / Production Executives in Pharmaceutical / Nutraceutical Industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and execute production processing activities.
Work on Production Plan to achieve the dispatch commitment.
Ensure the team to achieve ZERO ACCIDENT, work environment.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records for smooth production operations and regulatory compliance.
Operate, monitor, and maintain processing equipment and other related machinery.
Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing processes to enhance yield, purity, and overall process efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including deviations, equipment logs, and batch reports, in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
Collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to ensure that all activities meet regulatory and product quality standards.
Monitor and manage raw materials, consumables, and reagents required for processing activities.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including environmental and biosafety standards, during production.
Ensuring data integrity.
Handling Solvent recovery.
Responsible for physical inspection during dispatch.
