Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience:
Requires Minimum work experience 3-4 Years in machining Process.
Should have familiar with Machining Process – E.g.- Grinding, EDM, AFM, SPM etc.
Preferred experience on machines precision grinding, Turning etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills Required:-
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skill to address minor equipment issue.
Operate machine and deliver qualitative output as per cycle time.
should be able to work in 3 shifts rotation basis
Maintain 5S and Cleanliness of machine and surrounding area.
Participate in continual improvement such as FIFI, Q-Pro and Kaizen.
Ensure and manage bottleneck machine should run breaktimes.
Improve skill level on machines and participate in Preventive and Process Maintenance.
Improve RFT and OEE of machine by taking actions on losses and rejections.
Adhere to break and shift start-end timings.
Ensure leaves are taken by planning with Manager to avoid equipment idle time.
Support to other lines/functions as per Business requirement.
Follow tasks given by Team Leader/Manager.
