Job Profile – Production & QC Incharge

Location: Waghodia GIDC, Vadodara

Reporting to: Owner

Subordinates: Production Foreman, QC Inspectors

· Role Purpose

To oversee day-to-day operations of production, quality control, and dispatch, ensuring smooth workflow, manpower management, and achievement of production targets with minimal rejection.

· Key Responsibilities

- Handle manpower allocation and assign day-to-day tasks to shop-floor teams.

- Supervise production processes, ensuring daily production targets are met.

- Monitor quality standards and guide QC inspectors for defect reduction.

- Maintain and update production and QC logs.

- Prepare and verify dispatch documents for timely customer deliveries.

- Coordinate with management for continuous process improvements.

· Qualifications & Skills

Education: ITI / Graduate

Technical Skills: MS Excel, basic computer knowledge

Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing/production supervision preferred

· Soft Skills & Attributes

- Strong manpower handling and leadership skills

- Punctuality and discipline are a must

- Good communication and coordination abilities

- Problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
