Product Trainer – Building Material Industry

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Trainer with a strong background in delivering training for tangible products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product training methodologies, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in building material or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, channel partners, and clients.
• Design and develop training modules, presentations, and demonstrations for tangible products.
• Ensure product knowledge transfer to sales, marketing, and service teams to improve performance and customer experience.
• Continuously update training content as per new launches, upgrades, and market trends.
• Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain high standards of product knowledge and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in product training (preferably tangible products).
• Exposure to Building Material industry will be a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex product features for diverse audiences.
• Stability in career is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
