Product Testing - (Polaris iGTB)

Role Overview: As a Software Test Engineer (STE) at our company in Chennai, your primary responsibilities will include preparing clarification documents and understanding the application under test. You will be expected to identify and understand the scope of work, as well as prepare and review scenarios, test conditions, test cases, and scripts. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing test data, executing test cases, and preparing/reviewing defect logs. Your role will also involve preparing status reports on test design and execution, attending defect review meetings, interacting with customers and technical support staff for effective problem resolution, presenting test results to individuals and groups, and guiding and mentoring less experienced personnel.
