Product Stewardship Expert

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working in the Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs domain, collaborating with cross-functional partners globally on Product Stewardship initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Issue Product compliance certificates / declarations in response to enquiries from global customers, ensuring fast and efficient query resolutions. - Ensure compliance of Archroma products with industry-specific and Global regulatory requirements. - Assess Archroma products for various uses/applications and certifications such as Ecolabels like Bluesign, GOTS, Oeko-Tex, Cradle to Cradle, and Food contact, medical, etc. - Evaluate Archroma products in accordance with Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) & regional customs regulations. - Maintain company databases up-to-date and record product data and customer responses for future retrieval and trend analysis. - Understand customer segmentation and servicing expectations of businesses, executing tiered customer response strategies to meet cost-to-serve objectives. - Participate in various governance/Product Stewardship audits such as ISO, Bluesign, GOTS, etc. - Support customers in implementing product stewardship as per Archroma standards. - Follow instructions and perform other duties as may be assigned by the Management. Qualification Required: - Background in Chemistry with a Bachelor's or Master's in Science or Engineering. - Over 5 years of relevant experience in the Product Safety and Regulatory compliance domain (Product Stewardship, Regulatory Compliance, Hazard Communication, SAP-EHS, etc). - Good communication skills and analytical skills. - At ease collaborating across diverse cultures and various time zones. - Skilled in team collaboration, adaptable, open-minded, and self-driven.,
