Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Qualification- MLT / BSC Biochemistry

Timely post installation training at customer site.
Timely attending (within 24 Hours) and resolving (within 72 Hours) the complaints of Reagents.
Achieving and exceeding UCP (Unique Customer Personal Order Booking)
Primary Sales Target Achievement of Controls & Calibrators.
Meeting all the fully auto customers in a quarter and RR (Reagent Rental) customers within the territory minimum once a month
Timely submission of all the reports (TSR, Post Installation Training) by self.
To achieve the customer satisfaction during survey (>90% customer must rate good and above).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
