Product Specialist- Mispacare

As a qualified candidate with a degree in MLT/BSC Biochemistry, you will be responsible for providing timely post-installation training at customer sites. You will ensure prompt attendance within 24 hours and resolution within 72 hours of any complaints regarding Reagents. Your goal will be to achieve and surpass the UCP (Unique Customer Personal Order Booking) target and meet the primary sales target for Controls & Calibrators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with fully auto customers on a quarterly basis and RR (Reagent Rental) customers within the territory at least once a month. It will be essential for you to submit all reports, including TSR and Post Installation Training reports, in a timely manner. Your ultimate objective will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, aiming for a rating of over 90% in customer surveys.
