Job description Position Description The Web Assistant - Uploads is responsible for assisting the Web team with the daily onboarding processes of The Future Perfect website, ensuring that it is accurate and up to date. Primary responsibilities include creating product pages and custom builders, data entry, and supporting with miscellaneous tasks. The applicant must have strong attention to detail and experience with data entry in an e-commerce environment. Primary Job Responsibilities Creating catalog assets and product pages, including pricing, product options and variants, visual assets, technical data, and more. Review vendor price lists to ensure accurate pricing is represented across products and product variants. Able to create additional website pages, for exhibitions, marketing initiatives, and more. Organize assets, including file renaming and filing appropriately for internal use. Routinely merchandise incoming work on the website according to web standards. Keep track of all assigned projects and questions to escalate issues with your team lead. Communicate stock changes with various stakeholders. Data Auditing Experience. Key Qualifications for Success Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly. Must have strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Google Suite, LOOM and Wordpress; familiarity with Slack and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects at different timelines and levels of complexity, defining priorities with your team lead. Mandates: Must have 2+ years of data entry experience. Priority will be given to candidates with data entry experience in complex e-commerce environments. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable working in Night Shifts.
