Product Owner/ Scrum Master

As a Product Owner with Scrum Master experience of 7 to 10+ years, we are seeking an individual to effectively organize, prioritize, and evaluate tasks for our scrum team. Your responsibilities will involve gathering feature requests, organizing release schedules, and coordinating sprints. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to recognize user needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee product releases, ultimately contributing to the realization of our company's vision. Your key responsibilities will include incorporating feature requests into the product roadmap, grooming and prioritizing the backlog, developing user stories with defined acceptance criteria, setting sprint goals, writing acceptance tests, planning releases and upgrades, monitoring work progress, addressing production issues during sprints, analyzing end users" preferences and requests, refining our agile methodology based on results and client feedback, as well as staying informed about industry trends. To qualify for this role, you should have prior experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous, hands-on experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle, a technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies, a team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
