As a Product Manager for Resilience Hub, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering capabilities that enhance monitoring, alerting, and service insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product delivers value to both customers and the business, aligning with strategic goals and operational needs.You'll represent the voice of the customer, help define priorities, and support the delivery of high-quality features. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery in a collaborative, agile environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Resilience Hub.
- Define and track key success metrics aligned with customer and business outcomes.
- Support proposition development, helping shape ideas from concept through to launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product direction aligns with business goals.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities reflect customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with developers, BAs, designers, and operations teams to deliver features on time.
- Partner with engineering to understand technical constraints and ensure scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure usability and accessibility standards are met.
- Engage with customers and internal users to gather feedback and validate priorities.
- Support readiness planning and smooth roll-out of new capabilities.
- Track delivery progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and service insight capabilities.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical awareness and experience working with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence).
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated financial services environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API-driven products.
- Understanding of operational readiness and service management processes.
