Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, proactive intern who loves organizing information, helping users, and improving product quality. This is a junior role designed for someone who wants to learn SaaS inside out while owning meaningful responsibilities across support, QA, content, and community.

What You'll Do

  • Support (Level 1)
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Try to reproduce issues
  • Create clean tickets for developers
  • Follow up with users after fixes
  • Documentation & Content
  • Write help articles, guides, and “What’s New” updates
  • Capture screenshots and short walkthrough videos
  • Maintain the help center and changelog
  • Proofing Releases
  • Test new features before release
  • Log bugs with clear steps and screenshots
  • Social & Community
  • Post product updates on social channels, emails etc
  • Monitor & post on relevant communities (Reddit, Twitter, etc.)
  • Collect testimonials and simple case studies
  • User Understanding
  • Join user calls to observe workflows
  • Document insights and suggestions
  • User reach-outs to understand what’s working / what’s not and document insights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
