Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring all data and copy are precise and error-free. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret content performance data and iterate based on user feedback. User-First Approach: Dedication to creating content that is easily understood and actionable for users. Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS platforms). Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques. Experience using data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing content. Prior experience in fintech or financial product documentation is a plus.
