As a Product Operation member at Tanla, your role involves the safe and efficient operation of assigned production machinery to contribute to the production of high-quality products while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and report on key product metrics such as phishing attack detection accuracy, false positive rates, and user engagement to guide product decisions and enhancements. - Identify and implement streamlined workflows for product development, spanning from initial design to deployment and ongoing maintenance. - Manage the product's tech stack, including tools for development, testing, and deployment, to ensure efficient utilization and integration. - Foster communication and collaboration among product, engineering, and other relevant teams to streamline the product development process. - Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to shape product strategy and decision-making. - Develop and maintain internal documentation, processes, and best practices to promote consistency and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of experience is typically required for product operations roles. - Experience with anti-phishing solutions or cybersecurity products is highly preferred. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities effectively. - Strong attention to detail and a dedication to operational excellence.
