Product Marketing Specialist - Infusion Therapy

The Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in the Vascular Access/ Infusion Therapy business vertical located at Okhla Phase 3, Delhi will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities. These include overseeing new product development and ensuring successful product launches, as well as effective product placement in the market. Conducting regular training programs for existing users and the sales team, updating marketing and training materials, and providing product training to the sales team are also essential tasks. The candidate should ensure the sales team is well-informed about product changes and new developments, participate in industry-specific events, review product performance, and recommend necessary changes. Pre and post-sales demonstrations, attending compliance meetings, exploring new markets, conducting competitor analysis, and implementing sales promotional activities are also part of the role. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in the Medical disposable/ Equipment / pharma industry, possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain key business relationships both internally and externally. Strong collaboration skills, the capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a cross-functional environment, and the ability to develop product and marketing strategies are crucial for success in this role.,
