Acts as an experienced resource on a project/product team responsible for analysing and designing new business processes and modifying old ones to reflect new visions, thinking and customer needs •Works with the Customer, Business, Leadership and other stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements and transition to technical team •Owns, Maintains and Updates requirements/Stories/Functionality/Backlog of the product at regular intervals and drive them to completion with the Development /Technical Team •Independently evaluates the Market and /or Customer Ecosystem, Maps the Needs and converts them into requirements and Stories Product Quality Assurance: - •Owns Quality of the Product and Strive to enhance the quality by continuous enhancements and performance improvements •Creates, Maintains and Communicates product Checklists and Score Cards, and checks factors like - product Quality, Maintainability, Scalability, Performance and Market Readiness. •Translates requirements and use cases into Data, Test conditions and expected results for product and creates and conducts user acceptance testing (UAT) for Implementations of Products/Platforms/Assets. Customer and Market Orientation: - •Acts as Business SPOC in all Product Demos, RFIs, RFPs and other Customer Interactions and Sessions •Acts as a Single Point of Contact for Product Implementation in terms of Requirements, Feedback, Issues and any other requests excluding Production Support Process. •Exercises Research for the product/Functionality/ requirements in Market and Other products to do a Comparison analysis to prioritize the backlog •Continuously tries to spread the Product Love in the Organization, throughout the PDLC with the Customer and Contacts by turning them into Product Users/Buyers/Promoters Domain Expertise: - •Strong exposure to requirements gathering, Products, Services in Insurance, P&C or reinsurance domain for US / EMEA Clients •Strong Exposure and Experience in CAT Modeling, and Exposure Management process and Service Design •Can create Business Flows/S-Curves/ Workflows for CAT Modeling and Exposure Management Business Processes and map the existing Assets/Platforms and conducts a gap analysis to convert them into Product backlog •Analyse, and Advice assets, Automations, products, Platforms to the customers based on the Functional Processes they are following in their Business Flows. Product Promotion, Adoption and Proliferation: - •Demonstrate Product and Domain capabilities of the Unit and promotes adoption with Internal and External Clients •Gather, Analyse and Promote value parameters/Benefits/Credentials that drive Product adoption and Monitor, tracks and drive for various product customers •Continuously and tirelessly work with Leadership, Customer, Business, Technology and Delivery teams/heads/SPOCs to evolve the product as per the vision, Market and Need. •Create Product collaterals for Marketing and Sales team to be consumed for promotion and proliferation of products
