Product Manager, Testing (BUSA)

Role Overview: As a Testing and Quality Assurance resource in the WM Banking Platforms stream in Weehawken/Pune at UBS, your role will involve contributing to test strategy activities, developing robust test plans aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements, designing test scenarios/test scripts, assessing integration/functional testing readiness, executing testing across Wealth Management products, identifying and tracking defects, and automating test cases to optimize manual testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to test strategy activities to build robust test plans in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements - Partner with stakeholders to develop test scenarios/test scripts - Work with the product and technology to assess integration/functional testing readiness - Execute testing across Wealth Management products, business functions, and platforms leveraging best practices - Identify and track defects utilizing industry and company standards - Provide input and documentation to track progress and assist with the resolution of testing issues across the work streams - Support the optimization of manual testing processes by automating test cases, increasing the speed and accuracy of regression testing Qualifications Required: - Ideally at least 5 years of experience in large-scale business and technical testing within financial services or equivalent in a consulting firm supporting financial services - Proven communication and stakeholder management skills, including status reporting and hosting working sessions - Test management experience using Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodology - Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, QTP, and BDD frameworks to optimize testing and expedite time to market - Experience with large platform implementations requiring the execution of front to back test cases across multiple systems About the Company: UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager operating through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank.
