You will be joining the Accounting Technology team as a Product Manager, Technical at TMUS Global Solutions, a subsidiary of T-Mobile US, Inc. Your role will involve leading the vision, strategy, and delivery of technology solutions that support the Accounting and Finance functions. Here's what you will be responsible for: **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for intake processes into the DevOps Accounting Technology teams. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess customer experiences, identify opportunities, and ideate on reporting and analytics solutions. - Define and evangelize a strong customer-first focus, aligning decision-making with IT investment choices and prioritization. - Facilitate discussions and help resolve conflicting issues between individuals and teams. - Collaborate with business partners to identify initiative scope, benefits, and ROI. - Develop and communicate a clear perspective on complex technical topics, aligning both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Own technology product(s) end-to-end, including roadmap development and execution. - Evaluate new trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and roadmap enhancement. **Qualification Required:** - Strong business acumen, including an understanding of Accounting concepts and ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. - Hands-on experience in financial systems, with the ability to operate in both technical and analyst roles. - Demonstrated technical knowledge of Azure, ADF, Snowflake, and Cloud technologies. - Strong background in SQL and/or Python. - Experience with data visualization tools, with Power BI preferred. - Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and SDLC methodologies. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5+ years hands-on technical experience and 7-10 years experience in product management or systems analyst roles within agile software product development environments.
