Product Manager - Retail

As a Product Manager at Srijan Technologies PVT LTD, you will play a key role in leading cross-functional resources to define and deliver successful product strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and ensuring a shared understanding of the product vision and strategy among team members. - Defining a product portfolio that balances business needs, opportunities, feasibility, and achievability. - Demonstrating platform thinking by abstracting feature requests into classes of problems and creating an extensible product for current and future needs. - Experience in Pre-sales. - Managing backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories. - Guiding the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values. - Partnering with Product Management to maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI. - Creating a Product roadmap. - Understanding NFR (Non-functional requirements). - Proficiency in Wireframing & Prototyping. - Leading product release plans and setting expectations for new functionalities delivery. - Actively mitigating impediments that impact team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. - Representing the customer, engaging with stakeholders, and evangelizing the product's value proposition. - Conducting research and competitive analysis to enhance user experience and create competitive opportunities. - Reframing business solutions into actual business needs. - Articulating how the product fulfills the business strategy and creates value for internal and external stakeholders. - Making data-driven decisions and supporting portfolio choices with evidence from analytics and research. - Aligning product strategies with other product managers and the broader ecosystem. - Nurturing communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer goals. - Discovering customer needs through user research and maintaining alignment with business and customer expectations. Qualifications required for this role include: - About 8 years of overall experience and 3-4 years specifically as a Product Manager in a technology environment. - Strong Agile experience. - Understanding of technology, languages, and applications. - Strong domain knowledge in retail, including pricing strategies, promotions, and data-driven decision-making. - Ability to define requirements that address business challenges and identify necessary technical and business changes. - Clear and concise communication skills across technology and business teams. - Experience in supporting commercial teams and rolling out initiatives. - Familiarity with demand generation, account/territory management, opportunity management, and contact management capabilities.,
