Role Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail omni-channel and operation solutions. You'll own the product vision and roadmap, drive product-market fit, and lead the cross-functional team towards building exceptional user experiences. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and UI/UX best practices.
Responsibilities:-
- Conduct in-depth user research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and product-market fit.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Work closely with designers and engineers to translate product vision into tangible features and experiences.
- Lead the development and execution of UI/UX strategies that create seamless and intuitive user journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to understand user feedback and ensure product aligns with business goals.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to optimise product performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions.
- Present product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including senior management and potential investors.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management with a demonstrably successful track record of developing and managing complex design projects
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices and have a diverse portfolio to showcase.
- Proficiency in Adobe tools, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, In vision, Figma and others Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand company/brand guidelines and incorporate the same within design,
- Extensive experience in collaborating with multiple teams both inter/intra company
- Experience in providing creative insight to improve existing products
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Experience with Retail or any SaaS platforms is an added advantage
