Product Manager Reconciliations

As an experienced product manager familiar with product development and management, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our business and Engineering teams to architect and develop impactful technologies. You will be responsible for guiding products through all stages of their lifecycle, including research, pitching, scoping, delivering, promoting, and tailoring solutions to meet our clients" needs. Working within a dynamic and multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales, trading, and asset management capabilities to clients globally, you will play a crucial role in executing the product roadmap. By collaborating with stakeholders across our business, you will support and develop product strategy and roadmap, write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technology development, and monitor competitive best practices to ensure we provide cutting-edge solutions. Your role will involve engaging with partner vendors, leveraging analytics and reconciliation data to inform product decisions, and parsing larger product feature projects into manageable components while understanding dependencies. You will participate in ideation activities, conduct product feasibility assessments, prepare business cases, and define overall product features and prioritization. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of work experience in the Financial Services sector, preferably with product management experience in an agile product development environment. You should possess excellent presentation, storytelling, workshop, and communication skills, along with a strong desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
