Product Manager Options Trading

As a Product Manager for Flash Trading, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of user-facing trading experiences tailored for scalping and intraday trading. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flash Trading. - Building intuitive trading flows that focus on chart-based trading, option chain execution, instant P&L, and market depth. - Addressing active trader pain points such as speed, visibility, and risk control by providing elegant product solutions. - Collaborating with design, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure the delivery of fast, reliable, and compliant trading experiences. - Taking ownership of revenue and transactional KPIs from end to end. - Engaging closely with traders and power users to enhance the scalper toolkit continuously. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 2-4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in trading or capital markets. - In-depth knowledge of intraday equity & F&O trading workflows and active trader behavior. - Prior experience with trading tools like charts, option chains, and execution flows is advantageous. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for speed-critical user journeys. - Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL and Excel to derive insights from user behavior data. - Excellent stakeholder management skills to align engineering, design, business, and compliance functions effectively.
