Position : Product Manager Experience: 6 to 9 yrs Location : Chennai/ Bangalore Job Summary: Mindsprint is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Chennai/ Bangalore with 5 to 7 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market needs, specifically in the areas of Customer Experience, e-commerce and FMCG. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the specified domains. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience in e-commerce and customer engagement applications. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry with a focus on e-commerce and FMCG domains. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Stay abreast of technology trends and advancements Embrace innovation and continuous improvement Technical Knowledge: Understanding software development processes and technologies. Customer-Centric: Passion for understanding and addressing customer needs, particularly in e-commerce and customer engagement applications. Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is a plus. Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Agri-Tech sector is preferred
