Product Manager Digital & AI Delivery

You are a hands-on Product Manager with 5-7 years of experience in digital/IT services. Your role at doodleblue Innovations involves translating business goals into clear product roadmaps and user stories. You will work closely with tech and design teams to build outcome-driven solutions and validate ideas with engineers to ensure quality releases. Utilizing AI tools for decision-making, defining success metrics, tracking adoption, and continuous iteration for impact are key responsibilities. Collaborating with global clients, leading agile ceremonies, and fostering collaboration across teams are also part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps and user stories. - Partner with tech + design teams to build elegant, outcome-driven solutions. - Validate ideas, prioritize features, and ensure quality releases with engineers. - Use AI tools for decision-making, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and analytics. - Define success metrics, track adoption, and continuously iterate for impact. - Collaborate with global clients to understand evolving needs and adapt solutions. - Lead agile ceremonies, foster collaboration, and remove blockers across teams. **Must Have Skills & Experience:** - 5-7 years of product management or delivery ownership experience in digital/IT services. - Strong grasp of tech-driven problem solving across web, mobile, CRM, ERP, or AI-based products. - Hands-on understanding of modern tech stacks (React, Node, Python, .NET Core, etc.) and API ecosystems. - Comfort with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, ClickUp AI, etc.) to enhance productivity and insights. - Excellent communication skills connecting technical depth with business clarity. - Prior experience in small to mid-sized tech firms (not large MNCs). - Passion for building products, not just managing them. **Nice To Have:** - Certifications like Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, or PMP. - Prior exposure to UX, product analytics, or business strategy.
