Position: Product Manager

Location: Chennai

Total Exp: 10 to 12Yrs

Role Summary

Lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery for the BEE portfolio. Drive customer-centric outcomes by partnering with business, technology, design, and operations teams to deliver high-value digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Translate business strategy into product strategy and execution plans.
  • Define and communicate product vision, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and growth initiatives.

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery through launch.
  • Write and refine high-level business and product requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements, manage dependencies partner teams and product releases.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams.
  • Provide product and market insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner closely with onshore product managers and stakeholders to align priorities and execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with technology, UX, design, marketing, operations, and business teams.
  • Drive organizational alignment to bring products to market successfully.
  • Facilitate decision-making and manage dependencies across teams.

Business & Commercial Ownership

  • Own product business cases and value realization.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback, research, and insights.
  • Track progress, risks, timeline requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
  • Experience managing digital products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and product development lifecycle.
