Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Optimization:

• Lead the enhancement and optimization of the website/app for an improved user experience and subsequently conversions.

• Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience.

• Ideate and execute new features to drive business objectives.

Product Planning:

• Develop and communicate a product roadmap to drive revenue through CRO, improving retention and AOV.

• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to make inform strategic decisions.

• Build new consumer engagement features leveraging content/community aspects.

• Leverage AI to build internal tools to drive operational efficiency, scalability.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, finance and technology teams to align product initiatives with overall business strategy.

• Facilitate communication and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize analytics and data insights to make informed decisions and measure product success.

• Implement A/B testing and other methods to optimize features and functionalities.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Around 2-6 years of experience in product & growth role in B2C segment.

• Hands on experience conceptualizing features, building wireframes and roll out.

• Ability to derive meaningful insights from available data and convert them in to implementable ideas.

• Bias for action and ownership to drive projects from ideation to completion efficiently and effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Understanding of key business objectives and ability to drive innovations for achieving them.
