CCNP , ENSDWI (preferred); 8+ years in WAN, SD-WAN, Enterprise networking; Basic knowledge of Nexus/LAN
Design and manage Global WAN architecture; Hands-on Cisco SD-WAN , Control Policies, Data Policies, DIA design NetFlow monitoring; Template management (Feature & Device Templates); OMP; DMVPN deployment & migration; IPSec VPN implementation; WAN optimization
Strong in BGP, OSPF; EIGRP (good to have); Expertise in Overlay/Underlay design; Traffic engineering & path selection
Knowledge of Cisco ISR/ASR routers; SD-WAN Edge (vEdge/cEdge); Catalyst & Nexus switches; Hardware lifecycle, capacity planning, HA designs
WAN to SD-WAN transformation projects; Application/system deployment; Project management & execution; Network migration, rollout & optimization
Strong ITIL & service lifecycle understanding; Knowledge of network operations; Exposure to GxP, SOX, Data Privacy (preferred)
Handling design & optimize WAN/SD-WAN; Improve performance & user experience; Advanced troubleshooting & RCA; Handle P1/P2 incidents and ensure timely resolution; Manage incident lifecycle and take ownership of critical outages; Drive standardization and continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership; Work with global stakeholders; Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
