What you'll do

• Lead the

  0?1 journey

  - from concept to MVP to first users.
• Rapidly prototype using

  AI-assisted tools

  (Vercel, Claude Code, etc.).
• Translate insights from

  learning science and cognitive psychology

  into daily user experiences.
• Collaborate with educators, engineers, and designers - and often play those roles yourself.
• Build the product culture around speed, experimentation, and user obsession.

What we're looking for

• 4-8 years of strong product management experience (consumer or edtech ideal).
• A true

  builder mindset

  - comfortable creating from scratch and executing solo when needed.
• Ability to

  use AI tools for design, prototyping, and lightweight engineering

  .
• Deep curiosity about

  how humans learn and how AI can amplify it

  .
• First-principles thinker with bias for action and rapid iteration.
