Role Overview: As a Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager at our client's company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle. You will collaborate with product directors, managers, and leadership to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to release. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives. - Product Management: Manage the full product lifecycle by creating roadmaps, defining requirements, and prioritizing features. - Collaboration: Partner with architecture, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to empower product teams and support go-to-market strategies. - Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize user research, metrics, and KPIs to shape product strategy and evaluate success. - Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Owners and their teams. - Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends to influence future product direction. Qualifications: - Required: Expertise in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance. Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, GCP, Snowflake), building enterprise data warehouses, and leading technology transformation projects. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. - Preferred: Familiarity with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner), understanding of HL7/FHIR, and at least 2 years of people management experience. Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong strategic thinking skills, a background in data products, a comprehensive knowledge of the revenue cycle, and demonstrated abilities in leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.
