Role Overview: Nanonets Health division is dedicated to creating AI-driven automation agents that streamline manual healthcare administrative tasks, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and patient care quality. We seek a Product Generalist who excels in dynamic startup environments, excels in delivering impactful products promptly, and is proficient in various aspects of product development to bring our AI agents to fruition. You will collaborate with a small, proficient team in constructing production-grade AI agents, amalgamating distributed systems, AI integration, and user-friendly web interfaces to create a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop product experiences that facilitate the conversion of potential new customers. - Define product specifications based on customer requirements. - Liaise with Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure the delivery of product features that exceed customer expectations in both pre-sales and post-sales stages. - Ownership of Metrics: Monitor and present company metrics, establish quantifiable objectives, and monitor progress towards achieving them. - Outcome Definition: Assist teams in setting data-driven objectives and defining measurable outcomes that align with the company's strategic goals. - Clarity in Input Metrics: Identify and communicate the primary factors influencing output metrics, offering actionable insights to teams. - Hypothesis-Driven Development: Develop systems to support hypothesis testing through product features, conduct and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to validate customer behavior hypotheses. - Product Development Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to establish high-quality objectives, concentrate on impactful metrics, and promote agile development based on data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Analyst/Product Generalist. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in SQL (mandatory). - Strong analytical aptitude and comprehension of essential product metrics. - Willingness to learn Python and enhance data engineering skills. - Strong product intuition, capable of interpreting and acting on data for feature prioritization. - Mindset: Curious, experiment-driven, and eager to address intricate product challenges through data analysis. Willingness to iterate or revamp underperforming features based on data insights.
