Product Experience Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Mindstix Software Labs, you will be part of a champion team dedicated to crafting cutting-edge digital experiences for global clients across various sectors such as luxury retail, CPG, ISVs, real estate, and hospitality. Your work experience of 2+ years with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design skills is essential for this role. Additionally, a design degree or equivalent, or a proven track record of project ownership, is strongly preferred. Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Synthesize research findings into intuitive personas, empathy maps, user flows, and information architectures to guide the design thinking process. - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders. - Design visually appealing and user-friendly UI elements, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and icons. - Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance the overall user experience. - Design across multiple verticals such as Enterprise, Retail, Hospitality, Banking, Sales, and Pharma. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Qualifications and Skills: - 2+ years of experience in product design or a related field. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar. - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Ability to think innovatively and come up with creative design solutions. - Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. - Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends, especially AI, AR, and VR. - Fast-learning attitude and adaptability to new challenges.
