Job Title: Product Engineer - I (Voice AI Agents)

About the role:

Youll leverage the company's platform to configure, fine-tune & architect state of the art AI Agents. You will act as a conduit between product, customer success & engineering teams. Youll work very closely with customers to make AI Agents a BIG success for them.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales to engage clients to gather requirements, rapidly prototype demos, and present system designs.
• Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks.
• Own full life cycle of building agents. Customer collaboration > Defining Agent outcomes > Agent Config & Prompt design > Testing > Deployment & data pipelining > Monitoring > Iterate.
• Build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools (e.g. CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools).
• Travel & work from customer office to fastrack AI Agent deployments.
• Act as a technical conduit between customers needs & Companys platform.
• Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
• Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
• Develop runbooks, code templates, and training sessions for customer facing teams, ensuring self-sufficiency post-handoff.

Requirements:

• AI-native mindset.
• Strong demand side thinker (JTBD) with product taste. You are not merely implementation focused.
• 2-4 years of experience in software development & AI applications. Strong hold over at least one programming language.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering patterns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working fullstack. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• You possess a T-shaped breadth and depth skill set required to dive deep into any subject and coordinate between Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product and Engineering to figure out solutions.
• Familiarity with the relevant domains would be a plus (AI Agents, RAGs, Python, data security etc).
