As an Advisors / Investment Analysts at our client, a technology-enabled financial services firm in Gurgaon, you will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to deliver investment advisory services to affluent clients. Your role will involve portfolio analytics, research support, proposal preparation, and advisory execution to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare portfolio review and performance analysis reports - Create rebalancing recommendations based on client goals and market conditions - Develop investment proposal simulations and scenario analyses - Track performance of recommended investment products and portfolios - Identify risks, trends, and investment opportunities - Support ongoing research and data analysis for advisory decisions - Participate in client calls and meetings with RMs - Provide real-time analytical support during discussions - Assist in responding to client queries related to portfolio performance and recommendations - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Document investment advice and ensure proper advisory execution and audit readiness - Support compliance and internal governance requirements Qualifications Required: - Graduate education - 7+ years of experience - Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel - Prior experience supporting Relationship Managers in a wealth management setup - Good communication skills with structured and logical thinking ability - Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and reports Join our client's team as an Advisors / Investment Analysts to contribute to the research-led advisory solutions offered to affluent clients, while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
